Where should I park on the day of the event? How will I find the Mad Farmer Food Fest?
Plan on parking in the Devos Parking lot which is located across the belt-line on Calvin's campus. Enter any of the main entrances and many signs will lead you to the Devos lot. From the parking lot walk south toward Burton. Parking assistants will direct you.
Do I have to stay for the whole day? Do I have to buy a ticket?
You're welcome to stay for as much or as little of the day as you'd like. The farmer's market will be happening all day and you're welcome to attend as many of the breakout sessions as you'd like. The registration ticket is only to offset our costs for lunch, if you arrent going to lunch, you don't need to buy a ticket, just come on over!
Is the event outdoors? What happens if it rains?
Yes! The event is scheduled to take place outside in the KE amphitheater (between Zeta Lambda and Theta Epsilom, near the volleyball courts). If it rains we'll hold all of the normal events in the DeVos Communication Center.
Can I register on the 25th?
Yep, the main reason to register ahead of time is to help us know how much food to plan on ordering from Marie Catrib's, Brick Road Pizza, and Cherry Street Deli
